Gregory Laredo (B.Eng, M.Sc)

Gregory Laredo, an engineer and entrepreneur, runs a branch of his family office, 5 Star Capital, specializing in real estate, venture capital, and private equity investments. Mr. Laredo has a proven penchant for recognizing macoeconomic trends, having been an early investor in key growth industries from wearable technlogy to legalized cultivated medicines. Mr. Laredo is a believer in gold and copper as a hedge against inflation, was a founding investor in Gold Hart Copper, and has supported the Company from early on in its development. Mr. Laredo sits on the board of one of Canada’s oldest premier shipping & logistics company, Transport Regent. He graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Engineering, and a Masters of Science (Engineering).
